Liverpool forward Diogo Jota is expected to return to full training this week, according to reports in the English media.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has recently hinted that the Portuguese international was close to making his comeback, and it seems that the 24-year-old could be ready to face Sheffield United this weekend.
Jota is thought to be aiming to take part in a full session on Wednesday so he should be ready to make the matchday squad for the trip to Bramall Lane. Fans on Twitter are happy that the striker is back available but fear that his return may have come too late to save their season:
Some good news finally, after last Couple weeks we needed some where the team are concerned. Hopefully give the lads a boast.

Jota has been out of action since mid-December after picking up a knee injury against FC Midtjylland. Klopp’s decision to select him in that match has caused much debate, considering it was a dead-rubber Champions League game, and the player’s absence has been keenly felt ever since.
