Liverpool have had some extraordinary players during the Premier League era, and when it comes to the top five goalscorers each one of them has left an indelible mark on the club.

However, there are some surprising names that haven’t made the list. Fernando Torres scored 65 league goals during his four years at Anfield but he doesn’t make the five.

Others such as Dirk Kuyt, Daniel Sturridge and Sadio Mane also miss out, despite all three having scored over 50 plus goals for the Reds in the Premier League.
