Liverpool’s incredible run of form has been the result of some top drawer individual performances, as well as some excellent team displays.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, in particular, stood out after a superb game against Leicester City on Boxing Day where he scored one and provided two assists on the night.

Earlier in December, he also delivered the pass for Sadio Mane to score the fourth goal in the 5-2 win over Everton at Anfield in the Merseyside derby.

Mane, himself, didn’t have a bad month either, having also bagged goals versus Wolves and Sheffield United in recent days.

However, the Senegalese international has been a creator, as well as a scorer this season, providing two assists in the thrashing of Everton, as well as contributing two more in victories over Leicester and Watford.
