Liverpool are monitoring Callum Hudson-Odoi’s situation at Chelsea, according to reports in Germany.
The 18-year-old’s contract expires in 2020, and this summer will be the last chance that the Blues will get to sell the winger for a significant fee, unless he signs a new deal.
Some Reds fans on Twitter would love to see Hudson-Odoi move to Anfield:
Hudson-Odoi would be an unreal signing #lfc

It’s a disgrace that Callum Hudson-Odoi doesn’t get more game time at Chelsea. I’d love to take him at Liverpool. #LFC #YNWA

Can’t see them letting him go after the ban

With Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund also reportedly interested, Chelsea would likely sell Hudson-Odoi abroad if they were to offload the player.
The winger is said to be unsettled at Stamford Bridge due to a lack of game time, but that may change next season with the London club’s transfer ban.
The only way that Hudson-Odoi would likely end up at Liverpool is if he allows his contract to run down in 15 months time. Chelsea would be entitled to compensation, as he is under 23, but like with Dominic Solanke, they couldn’t stop the move.
