Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker pulled off a number of very good saves in the 2-0 win over West Ham last night to make sure the Reds kept another clean sheet.
The Brazilian was called into action more than Jurgen Klopp would have liked yesterday evening, but the 27-year-old can always be trusted when needed to come up with the goods. Fans on Twitter have been waxing lyrical about Liverpool’s number one:
What a signing this guy has been.. By far the best on the planet ???

Remarkably, despite being injured for the first two months of the season, Alisson has now collected the joint-most clean sheets of any goalkeeper in the Premier League this campaign.
His eight shut outs have come from just 15 appearances, with him conceding just six goals during that time. Of course, it is not only down to him, with the centre-back partnership of Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez also playing a part in the team’s improvement in defence over the last couple of months.
Alisson has, though, now proven that he was more than worth the £67m that the Reds shelled out on him eighteen months ago.
