Liverpool and Arsenal are both interested in Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech, according to the Mirror.
Reports in the Netherlands suggest that he could be available for only £30m this summer, and the figure may pique the interest of both Premier League clubs.
Fans on Twitter would back the Reds if they do plan to make a bid for Ziyech:
Hakim Ziyech would an ideal player for us….offers goals and assists

If there’s only one player we sign this summer, I hope it’s Ziyech. He’s raw talent that Klopp could nurture into class #LFC

Liverpool could do with a link man between the attack and midfield, after failing to secure Nabil Fekir from Lyon last summer.
Whether Ziyech would be the right fit for the Merseysiders, there are some doubts. The Moroccan played mostly from the right flank for Ajax last season, and with the Reds well stocked in that area with Mo Salah and Xherdan Shaqiri, it seems unlikely they’d go for another right-sided midfielder.
Even so, at 26 years of age and available at a low price, Ziyech is certainly a player that Liverpool should consider as a possible target.
