Liverpool centre-half Ozan Kabak put in a solid display as the Reds kept a clean sheet in the 2-0 win over RB Leipzig last night.
Jurgen Klopp‘s side restricted their opponents to very few clear-cut chances on goal during the 90 minutes, and much of the credit has to go to Kabak and his centre-back partner Nat Phillips.
Considering how threatening Leipzig can be in the attacking third of the pitch, it was heartening to see two relatively inexperienced defenders stepping up to the plate, and fans on Twitter were praising Kabak after the match:
fantastic performance ??

Kabak has recently admitted that he has found it difficult adapting to the Premier League. It is not surprising considering that he was playing for a team at the foot of the Bundesliga table only a couple of months ago.
However, the Turkish international has shown signs of promise since arriving on loan, but we shall see whether he can do enough to convince Klopp to sign him on a permanent basis in the summer.
