Liverpool are expected to make an offer for Santos forward Marcos Leonardo soon, according to reports in the Brazilian media.
A number of English teams (including Chelsea) have been linked with another Brazilian youngster, Palmeiras’ Endrick, but it is believed that the Reds have decided against a move for the 16-year-old as they want Leonardo instead.
Some supporters on Twitter are excited by the links, although a few still feel that Endrick would be the better option:

Leonardo is having a breakout season in Brazil, having scored seven goals in 17 league appearances for Santos. The 19-year-old has also bagged two in four games during this year’s Copa Sudamericana (the South American equivalent of the Europa League).
Despite still being a teenager, the striker has already racked up 100 matches at senior level so he looks as though he is very much ready for a move to Europe. We shall have to wait and see, though, whether Liverpool make a formal approach to sign him.
