‘If This Was KDB, Media Would Be All Over It’ ‘Wizard’ Liverpool Fans Can’t Get Enough Of This Top Drawer Henderson Pass

Anfield Stadium

The momentum is certainly gathering for Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson to be named player of the year.

As well as providing the assist for Sadio Mane’s goal against Norwich last night, the Reds skipper also delivered a pinpoint diagonal ball to Trent Alexander-Arnold in the second half, which Xabi Alonso would have been proud of:

Needless to say that supporters on Twitter were praising Henderson’s passing range:

Henderson has always been a decent passer of the ball, despite being criticised for sideways and backwards passing in the past, but the main difference over the past twelve months has been his consistency.

He is supremely confident at the moment, and that is reflected in the type of balls he is delivering to his teammates. Whether he is playing in the number 6 or number 8 role, the Liverpool talisman is making an impact in the final third of the pitch and long may it continue.
