Liverpool have officially announced Nike as their new kit manufacturer on a multi-year contract. The American company will take over from New Balance at the end of the season.
One of Nike’s most prominent stars is Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe, and a large number of Reds fans on Twitter are now calling on the club to make a move for the France international:

Mbappe’s current contract at PSG expires in 2022 and there has been speculation that the 21-year-old is dragging his feet over a new deal with the Ligue One side.
Even so, manager Jurgen Klopp has dismissed any speculation regarding the Frenchman, indicating that Liverpool would not be able to afford him.
Whether that is, in fact, true, we shall have to wait and see, but supporters should not be holding their breath waiting for Mbappe to sign for the Reds next summer, even after the new deal with Nike.
