Liverpool “have had conversations” about signing Wolves winger Adama Traore, according to 90min.com journalist Graeme Bailey.
The reporter claims that the Spanish international is one of a number of forwards that the Reds are considering making a move for before the transfer window closes later this month:

The major stumbling block appears to be the asking price with Bailey stating that Wolves want “a minimum of £40m” for Traore, which is beyond the Merseyside club’s price range.
If they do reconsider their stance on the 25-year-old, there is unlikely to be much competition, with Chelsea having reportedly cooled their interest in the player.
The £40m price tag means, though, that Liverpool are also looking at other options. Watford’s Ismaila Sarr, West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen and Norwich’s Todd Cantwell have all been scouted, although it is felt that further departures will be needed before the Reds can finance any more incomings this summer.
