Klopp Sweating Over The Fitness Of Two Key Players Ahead Of Arsenal Clash

Anfield Stadium

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp may be without both Alisson Becker and Thiago Alcantara for the game against Arsenal tomorrow night, according to reports in England.

The two players have unspecified injury problems which have prevented them from training over the weekend. The Reds are scheduled to train again today and if they cannot take any part in the session, they will have to be left out of the squad.

Late fitness tests could be given to the pair if there is a possibility that either could start against the Gunners but, at the moment, their participation is very much in doubt.

Adrian played in goal against Lincoln City on Thursday night and he has already been put on standby to start at Anfield. Fabinho would likely move into midfield to replace Thiago with Joe Gomez coming back into the starting eleven.

The centre-back missed the 2-0 win over Chelsea with a knee injury but was back in full training on Friday.
