Mane And Jones To Start, Jota And Thiago Out: Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Play West Brom

Liverpool know three wins out of three should secure them a top-four finish following their victory against Manchester United on Thursday night.

The Reds travel to face West Brom tomorrow, with the Baggies already relegated, but this won’t be a straightforward game, with Jurgen Klopp’s side having consistently struggled against defensive teams this season.

Despite another alarming error with his passing against United, Alisson will keep his place in goal, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson as the two fullbacks.

Ozan Kabak is not expected to be ready to return for the trip to the Hawthorns, meaning Rhys Williams is likely to continue as Nat Phillips’s centre-back partner.

Klopp may look to freshen things up in midfield, and Thiago would be the favourite to be rested. Curtis Jones is the only real alternative with so many others out injured and the 20-year-old could come into the starting lineup alongside Fabinho and Georginio Wijnaldum.

Up front, Sadio Mane did not start at Old Trafford, and despite his spat with Klopp at full-time, he is likely to come in for Diogo Jota. Roberto Firmino and Mo Salah will make up the rest of the eleven.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Face West Brom:

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Williams, Phillips, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Fabinho, Jones, Salah, Firmino, Mane
