Oxlade Chamberlain And Alexander Arnold To Start: Liverpool’s Predicted Line Up To Play Tottenham

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has warned his side not to believe the stories about Tottenham’s decline. Spurs currently sit ninth in the Premier League table but were 5-0 winners midweek against Red Star Belgrade.

Heading into the clash tomorrow, the Reds do have a couple of fitness doubts over Trent-Alexander-Arnold and Joel Matip. While the latter is looking unlikely to feature, Alexander-Arnold is said to be winning his race to start following illness.

The fullback is likely to replace James Milner in defence, with Dejan Lovren expected to keep his place alongside Virgil van Dijk in the middle.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s double in Genk on Wednesday will make it hard for Klopp to leave him out, but the Reds boss is unlikely to pick both him and Naby Keita. Georginio Wijnaldum is favourite to be brought back into the starting eleven.

Up front, it would very surprising if Klopp doesn’t opt for Mo Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane as they look to make it nine wins from ten at the start of the campaign.

Liverpool’s Predicted XI To Face Spurs:

Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, van Dijk, Robertson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Fabinho, Wijnaldum, Salah, Firmino, Mane
