Liverpool are one of three teams in contention to sign Dinamo Zagreb attacking midfielder Dani Olmo, according to reports in Spain.
The player’s agent Juanma Lopez is said to have revealed that the 21-year-old is close to signing for a club in the Champions League who they are not situated in Spain.
The Reds, Tottenham and Bayern Munich are believed to be in contention to sign Olmo. Manchester United were also said to be interested but the fact that they are not playing in the Champions League next season has played against them.
Dinamo are reportedly willing to sell up for €40m (£36m), but it remains to be seen if Liverpool are the frontrunners. Supporters on Twitter are very sceptical about this rumour:
If we sign him it would be a good signing being that he can play both wings and in the midfield

Manager Jurgen Klopp has already said that fans should not expect the club to be spending big this summer, and a deal for Olmo would certainly come out of the blue.
