Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk has confirmed he would seriously consider a move to the Premier League in the future.
The Ukrainian has looked impressive in the group stages of the Champions League this season, and the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and others have all been keeping an eye on his progress. When asked about a potential switch to England, Mudryk replied:
“Yes, yes, it is possible. The Premier League is the best league in the world and everyone wants to play in this league.”
Mudryk prefers to play on the left flank so it would be a surprise if Jurgen Klopp’s side were seriously looking to table an offer for him, considering both Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota are also capable of playing in that position.
The 21-year-old isn’t expected to be made available for a low price either. Everton reportedly had a bid in the region of €30m rejected before the transfer window closed earlier this month. It is believed that Shakhtar could well hold out for a fee of around €50m (£45m).
